The Hutchings House is a 3 story duplex. The second and third levels are for guests use. The first level is retained for our housekeeper. This spacious mountain lodge is situated in Yosemite West. The fully-equipped kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room, have an open floor plan to accommodate your family with ease. The Living Room has a beautiful rock fireplace, satellite television with DVD player, and the sliding glass door provides access to a large deck equipped with a gas BBQ and 2 tables with chairs. Down the hall is access to 2 Bedrooms, each has a Queen Sized bed and Built-in drawers with mirror. One has a private Bath; the other has a shared Bath. These Two Bedrooms share a deck with 2 tables and chairs. Upstairs is the 3rd Bedroom, shared Bath and Den. This Bedroom has Two Queen-Sized Beds, a Built-in drawer with mirror and a small balcony.
