It is made out of black simply soft yarn. I added 3 felt flowers for some extra style. It is machine washable and needs to be layed out flat to dry. This headband fits a size adult small or medium, it stretches some as well. The headband measures 18" in lenght and is 3" wide All my items are made in a smokefree home.
